#15 Azawakh
The Azawakh is a sighthound dog just like the Saluki. They are also similar to each other. The Azawakh is probably from Africa. The average weight of the Azawakh is around 15-25 kg. Its height can reach 75 cm. Their coat is very short. Their bone structure can be clearly seen because it is a skinny but muscular dog. Their muscles are “dry”, so they have a very little fat. The Azawakh can come in various colors, but the brown is the common one (just like on the picture). They heal from injuries quickly. The Azawakh needs high level exercise, regular runs. They are very social and emotional. The price of this dog is around 3.000 dollars.
