#10 Pastor Maldonado
A member of the Lotus Formula 1 team, Venezuelan, Pastor Maldonado earned €3 million (or $3.36 million) in 2014, as did his team mate Romain Grosjean (#11) and Sergio Perez (#9). He was racing for Williams in 2013 and in that year reportedly only received €1 million. Born in 1985, Maldonado made his Formula 1 debut relatively recently, with the Williams team in 2011. He was the first racing driver from his home country to win the F1 Grand Prix – and that was in 2012 in Spain, where he started from first pole position.
